This week at Walkabout, we encountered musical instruments – ready for playing!-, chainsaw sculptures, printmaking, monoprints, bangles, bracelets and arm armour…it is truly incredible to see what a week can do, and what years can do – some projects have been built over years of attending HSTA courses – now that is artistic commitment!

Haliburton School of The Arts in Huntsville!

Create It in Huntsville this summer. The Haliburton School of The Arts, in partnership with Education Huntsville, Canada Summit Centre and the Town of Huntsville will offer weeklong art courses in July. We’re honoured to have been invited and very excited to be part of this dynamic and creative community. The three week program is a great balance of media and techniques being led by Haliburton School of The Arts faculty as well as new instructors from the Muskoka region. Below is a list of Huntsville offerings. Please contact us if you require assistance in viewing the program. For course details please visit http://www.hsta.ca and search for the course you’re interested in from the alphabetical summer school list. We hope to have a dedicated online page for the Huntsville program shortly. Call 1.866.353.6464 to register.
